Three-layer Mesh Fabric

The finished composite shoe upper fabric is a common functional shoe upper material used in the footwear industry. It is mainly applied to the upper, upper part, tongue, and reinforcement areas of various shoe styles. The material is formed through processes such as compounding, bonding, and surface treatment. There is no need for customers to re-composite it. It can be directly cut, sewn, and shaped for use, significantly simplifying the shoe-making process and improving production efficiency.

Introduction to the Three Layer Mesh Fabric

The fabric structure is stable, fits tightly and is not prone to delamination or cracking; the surface treatment is rich and the texture is fine; the physical properties are balanced, enabling the realization of combined functions such as breathability, wear resistance, lightness and environmental friendliness; the batch stability is high and the processing loss is low, and it is suitable for various hot-pressing, cold-gluing and sewing shoe-making processes.

This finished composite upper fabric requires no secondary lamination and can be directly cut, sewn and shaped. It integrates core features of breathability, wear resistance and lightweight comfort, and supports full-dimensional customization including material structure, thickness, GSM, color, texture, functional performance and packaging labels. It is widely applicable to various footwear such as outdoor shoes, sports shoes, casual shoes, work shoes and children’s shoes. With firm lamination, low processing loss and consistent batch quality, it complies with international environmental export standards including PFAS-Free. We also provide flexible MOQ and sample support to efficiently match diverse shoemaking production and brand customization demands.

Features of Three Layer Mesh Fabric

Ready-to-Use Pre-Composite Construction:

Factory-finished composite fabric eliminates the need for secondary lamination at the shoe factory, dramatically simplifying production workflow and boosting manufacturing efficiency.

Stable Delamination-Proof Structure :

Firm lamination bonding ensures no delamination, cracking or peeling during downstream cutting, sewing, hot-pressing, cold-gluing and shaping operations.

Multi-Functional Performance Integration:

Combines breathability, wear resistance, lightweight comfort and environmental friendliness in a single ready-to-process material.

Full-Dimensional Customization:

Fully customizable material structure, thickness, GSM, color, surface texture, functional performance grades, packaging and branding labels to match diverse brand requirements.

Consistent Batch-to-Batch Quality:

High production stability with tight quality control ensures uniform performance across every roll, minimizing processing loss and reject rates in mass production.

Universal Footwear Compatibility:

Applicable across outdoor shoes, sports shoes, casual shoes, work shoes and children's shoes, serving as a versatile one-material solution for multi-category footwear brands.
